Ghost peppers are the hottest peppers that I know of. They registered a 1.5 million rating on the scoville scale and for comparison the habanero registers about 300 thousand. Ouch. When I had one the burn lasted for an hour and milk doesn’t help. So spicy it’s almost bitter
